Clean electricity makes two products.
The power itself — and the proof that it was clean, carried on an I-REC(E).
We put the meter behind the proof — and the proof in front of buyers.
Read at the inverter, every fifteen minutes. Verified, labelled and listed as you generate.

DIGIREC®
The C:Pesa DIGIREC® label can be applied to I-REC(E) certificates wherever an Issuer is approved by the I-TRACK Foundation under the International Attribute Tracking Standard.
C:Pesa® Appliances are running at solar sites in several countries with an I-REC(E) Issuer approved by the I-TRACK Foundation.
The Old WayvsThe C:Pesa® Way
We replaced the paperwork with an appliance.
The consultant, the evaluator and the wait all existed to check a number a person wrote down. Ours is written by the plant itself, read at the inverter and recorded on the Xpansiv I-REC(E) Registry.
Same standard. Same Xpansiv I-REC(E) Registry. Enhanced evidence

One Certificate no meter and no hour on it.
A conventional certificate tells you the month. Ours tells you the quarter hour.
Every DIGIREC carries the fifteen minute window its electricity was generated in, read at the inverter and sealed at the source. That's 96 windows a day where a conventional certificate has one block of months.
The environmental value claim
Now the C:Pesa DIGIREC® can be traded like spot electricity.
Clean electricity produces two values: the physical power that feeds the grid, and the environmental proof that certifies it was clean - the measurement and verification data behind the certificate.
Generation to certificate, end to end, without a person in between
A DIGIREC® claim is auto-issued to Xpansiv the moment 1 MWh is generated. The reading is taken every 15 minutes.

The six things that travel with every certificate
Compared to a conventional certificate
- 01New
The appliance that measured it — a named appliance at a named inverter
- 02New
The window it happened in — fifteen-minute resolution, time-stamped
- 03New
The validation event — automated, recorded as its own step in the verification record
- 04Current
The I-REC(E) serial number
- 05Current
The facility and its coordinates
- 06Current
The retirement record — on the registry, once only
Listed the day it's issued, not 60-180 days after
Buyers see the facility, the generation window and your price before they bid.

Every certificate carries its granularity and traceability; Buyers, regulators and compliance managers can verify to meet reporting standards.
Same certificate. Enhanced evidence.
We enhanced the evidence, not the certificate.
Same standard, same registry, same one-megawatt-hour unit. What's different is what you can check.

Three roles. One market.
You run on conventional power. You have proof to buy.You committed to clean power. Your proof has to hold. You make clean power. You have proof to sell.
All meet on the C:Pesa® Marketplace. Here's what changes for each.
Buyers · If you run on conventional power
Your operations run on conventional power. Those emissions sit in your Scope 2 line, and in your customers’ Scope 3.
Without verified evidence, purchased electricity is assessed at a default grid factor. On a coal heavy grid, that is the most expensive assumption available.
CBAM prices indirect emissions on cement and fertiliser at the EU border. It entered its definitive phase in January 2026.
Certificates move the purchased electricity line. They do not touch combustion on site, and nothing here pretends otherwise.
C:Pesa DIGIRECs® carry the meter and the minute behind each one.
- Cement
- Fertiliser
- Steel
- Aluminium
- Chemicals
- Mining & heavy manufacturing
Any exporter into the EU
Buyers · If you have committed to clean power
You already buy certificates. You cannot check any of them.
A registry entry is the entire answer you have when someone asks how you know.
Annual matching lets a shortfall at three in the morning be offset by a surplus at midday in a different season.
The GHG Protocol’s Scope 2 revision is weighing hourly matching and deliverability. A periodic declaration can answer neither.
Every C:Pesa DIGIREC® arrives with its meter, its minute and its validation event. Verify any retirement yourself on the registry.

Anyone in the public renewable commitment or an assured Scope 2 line
Generators · If you produce clean power
Your plant already produces the environmental value a certificate records. Most of it is never certified.
Months of paperwork per cycle, so most sites never collect it.
A commodity I-REC(E) is interchangeable. Yours carries provenance, chain of custody and lifecycle traceability.
The C:Pesa® Appliance sits at the generation plant. The plant itself is not touched or modified.

Every size of plant
From a 50 kW rooftop to a utility scale farm.
A certificate is issued for every megawatt-hour, whatever the size of the plant. If your site generates and you own its environmental attributes, it can be registered once our onboarding checks are complete.
The standard we work inside

The I-TRACK Foundation
(Stichting I-REC)
established and governs the International Attribute Tracking Standard, and accredits the I-REC(E) Issuers in each country.

Xpansiv I-REC(E) Registry
Accredited Code Manager, Evident, to implement attribute tracking systems for Accredited Product Codes.
Accredited Issuer

Same framework. Granularity. Traceability. 15-minute interval metrics.
We enhanced the standard — we deliver stronger, real-time evidence inside it.
